POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND ACHIEVEMENTS:  

The poverty alleviation & necessary relief for the suffering humanity without any prejudice of color, creed, religion, gender & civilization is one important mandate of PCSWHR . For this purpose we have an active department, which is eliminating  poverty alleviation by taking following steps.

 -         To empower the community at grassroots against poverty through Social Mobilization, Community Participation at all levels, and the concept of self reliance & self help.

-      To find out the effects of poverty on local communities

-           Self Help Poverty Alleviation Plan Developed at Village level. As outcome of NGO’s efforts through Social Mobilization in our projects areas the communities has successfully completed different social development projects particularly in education sector with the amount of RS. 3 Million

-          Increase the Social Capital of Vulnerable Families in Universal Primary Education

ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT :

-Through Primary Environmental Care Program PCSWHR has raised awareness programs and walks at Union Council and Markaz level for the betterment of Environmental Development for communities. 

Rehabilitation of Refugees WHO Affected from Shelling AT LOC. IN KASHMIR TERRITORY:

With the collaboration of National Council of Churches in Pakistan, has distributed goods and necessities of life worth of Rupees 1.5 million among the refuges from Kashmir, and affected of shelling from the Line of Control (India-Pakistan).
