Monitoring and Evaluation

The research, monitoring and evaluation section consists on 15 researchers belonged different disciplines.  Pakistan Council for Social Welfare & Human Rights provides a full consultancy programmed for implementation and evaluation of its various programs.  A staff of 300 volunteers working for internal and external monitoring process. 

Project Coordinator and project staff  assist fully and cooperate for research planning management and evaluation for the running projects of PCSWHR.  Mid- annual internal monitoring and evaluation through third party evaluation and verification make to ensure for the better implementation of research process and find merits and demerits of the projects' objectives achievement.

                                        Methodology

Quantitative and qualitative research method use in the projects evaluation through various research tools and techniques like sampling, questionnaires and interview.

Through different approaches of social sciences research methodologies the researches use survey, designs, techniques, tools and collect information and then presents results. Before monitoring and evaluation NGO’s experts provide basic training to monitoring staff for better evaluation processes and results without any biases. PCSWHR provide its services for monitoring and evaluation in many projects.  

The PCSWHR research , monitoring & evaluation department is also offering its services to other organizations , agencies and institutions to evaluate their field base projects.

With the help this section NGOs field staff have mandate to the development of human resources at grass root level through social mobilization.
