WOMEN EMPOWERMENT AND ACHIEVEMENTS :  

For achieving the goals of this great project PCSWHR is working on  with a full fledge department of women affairs under with ONE SKILLED director & seven OFFICIAL STAFF MEMBERS & 215 female field based women volunteers .with the following mandate:

-Protection of Women Rights and Girl Child  Education

-Training of Mothers for Child Care and Development

-Women Health and Education Awareness  

-Women Empowerment on political, democratic & civic rights through the process of social mobilization ,  group trainings, establishment of small women activists groups at grass route level

-Maternal Health improvement through social mobilization and training of  Traditional Birth Attendants. (TBAs)

-Awareness about Women’s political right at grass roots.

-Family planning and Reproductive Health  (with the collaboration of National Trust for    Population)
